TS-007 Nano Fluoride Remover is a nano-scale super adsorption, chelation and flocculation fluoride removal agent independently developed by our company, which is added according to a certain proportion based on the fluorine content in wastewater.
TS-007 Nano Fluoride Remover exhibit excellent fluoride removal effects. The fluoride ion concentration in the effluent can be less than 1mg/L, and the fluoride removal effect is excellent, and it is professionally used for fluoride removal in industrial sewage. Industrial fluoride wastewater enters the fluoride removal reaction tank, adds TS-007 Nano Fluoride Raover, and uses it according to the ratio of 1mg/L: 0.15-0.2 grams of TS-007 (liquid) per litre of water (remarks: dissolve according to 1:2.5 before using solids), the specific dosage is determined according to the experimental test, open the mixing and stirring for 10 minutes, then enter the pH adjustment tank, add liquid alkali, adjust the pH to about 6.5-7.5, and then stir fully for a period of time, enter the flocculation tank, add the flocculant PAM, After stirring for a period of time, it enters the sedimentation tank to precipitate, and the supernatant overflows fluoride ions to reach the standard discharge.
(1)The liquid of this product is packaged in plastic drums or tankers, and the solid is packed in 25kg bags or tonnes. Determined according to customer needs.
(2) This product is stored in a dark and ventilated warehouse, away from fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30°C.
(3) Store separately from flammables, combustibles, reducing agents, acids, alkalis and other substances, and avoid mixed storage.
(4) The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable containment materials.
(1)To avoid inhalation and ingestion, operators must wear protective glasses, acid and alkali resistant gloves, safety helmets, and acid and alkali resistant protective clothing if necessary.
(2)Do not eat or drink during work, and wash your hands with soap and water after work.
(3)Prevent collisions during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent damage to packaging and containers.
(4)During the loading and unloading process, it is forbidden to load and unload in a careless manner, ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall, or become damaged, and prevent the solution from splashing and injuring people during the loading and unloading process.
